"I was looking for a good used Heritage, and I found one online that House of Harley had for sale. I worked with Austin Chisholm on getting to know the features of the bike and what kind of deal we could work out. I was impressed because he was always very prompt, professional, and friendly. You would be surprised at the number of dealerships that don't even answer an email request about a bike they are selling! Austin was always very prompt in getting back with me and patiently explained everything that I asked about. We drove from Arkansas to trailer it home, and we were VERY pleased with everyone we met and worked with there. I do not regret any decision I made at the House because Austin Chisholm made sure I understood exactly what I want. There were NO pressures when I am in the House with the boys - Austin C, Goran Z, PJ O and Jason P. I always felt like part of the family every time I go to the House or any events hosted by the House. EVEN after I moved a thousand miles away for a job, I still feel like my Harley support system is still strong. I always made sure I do my best to stop by the House when I am back in town for whatever reason. "I came to the House of Harley to look at the Ultra Classic's, With plans of saving a little more money and buying a bike in Spring. Salesman Harvey Cebertowicz and I
met, and began talking, this guy was great. He was more concerned in expaining the ultra to me then selling me a bike. That's the feeling I got, He made sure I knew what I wanted with no pressure! Then he covered and explained everything about the Ultra Classic, and I mean front to back right down to the valve stem covers. He was not going to let me leave until I knew that bike. I learned more about motorcycles and the Ultra that day then I could image. He was'nt trying to sell me a motor cycle, He was teaching me about the one I wanted. Needless to say, I bought that bike that day 11/13/08. A Black Pearl 2009 Ultra Classic, and I've been buying accessories ever since! When I think of the House of Harley I think of Harvey, and how I left there (4 hours later) with a full understanding of MY BIKE. Harvey delivered the bike, and went thru it again with me. I can honestly say that because of Harvey, and the way I was treated, I not only became a Harley owner, but a Harley Enthusiast as well.. "

"I started off taking the "Riders Edge" course in May. I highly recommend it to riders of any age or experience. Within a month of completing the course and getting my license I purchased my first (dream) bike. A "Softail Rocker C". Harvey was very helpful through the entire sales process. He told my wife and I "when your done with the paperwork in the sales office, come out and ring the bell three times." We came out and I rang the bell, Harvey said "I can't hear you" so I really gave it a ring. To our suprise, every employee of the HOUSE, including a couple of customers lined up to shake our hands and congratulate us on the sale. That was one of the coolest things we ever experienced! They really made us feel part of the family. Looking forward to hanging around the HOUSE. "

"I purchased a bike from Mitch back on March 7, 2008. During the entire process he was focused on meeting my needs and answering all of my questions.
Additional thanks to PJ for securing my financing and walking me through the closing process. While we moved pretty quickly through the process I did not feel rushed.
The best part of the entire experience was after completing the purchase PJ took me out to the sales floor to ring the bell. When all of the employees came out and shook my and thanked me for my purchase I really felt like I was part of the House of Harley-Davidson family. Just thought I would let you know about a positive experience I had with your sales and service departments. I was passing through and just stopped in to see what you had and found a good deal on a new 06 Road Glide. Cody was my salesman and he did a great job!
When I brought my bike in for the 1000 mile service there was a slight problem in the front end which your service department had corrected but it turned out to still be there. After talking with Chris I decided to bring the bike down and leave it for the week so they could check it out. Chris and his staff throughly checked out the wheel and front end and found the problem and corrected it without any cost to me which I greatly appreciated. " After many rides past the House of Harley on my 00 Honda Shadow and a couple of web site inspections, I finally decided to look at the inventory of bikes in person. I was hoping to get on a used Harley but wasn't letting my self get to excited because my used Shadow wasn't fully paid off yet.
Upon entering the House, the first thing I noticed besides the large inventory of bikes was how all the employees were happy. I've never been to a business where everyone looked genuinely happy to be there. That told me that the House takes care of it's employees and that in turn told me that happy employees will take care of potential customers. That definitely turned out to be true!
What I liked best was the sales approach! It wasn't like a vulture attacking an animal carcass. I was actually given ample time to check out the bikes, the parts dept., and the clothes dept. before Mitch (my sales rep) approached me. He approached as a friend versus a person worried about a sales quota or a commission. This type of approach is best in my opinion!
Before I knew it, I was riding out on my first brand new motorcycle. This was also my first Harley Davidson. I purchased an 07 Street Bob and love every cubic inch of that machine. I have to admit that I thought people who bought Harleys were just paying for a name. I was dead wrong and humble myself because I have never rode a motorcycle with so much function and form and quality!
The finance dept. was excellent and worked a good deal on my trade and payment demands. My sales rep. Mitch was knowlegable and answered all my questions. It was an excellent buying experience with no regrets except one. I wish went the House of Harley sooner!
Three weeks later and I still love my bike! I just had the my 1000 mile service done and had a good experience with the service dept. as well. I recommend the House of Harley to anyone looking for a different ride! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

"I just bought my second bike, my first was a 1200 sportster that I bought last year. Took the Rider's Edge class, and the instructer were great. The Sat. after Thanksgiving I came down with a friend of mine who purchsed a 883 sportster. I came down last week with another friend of mine who also purchased a 883 sportster and had to show me a Wide Glide, well needlessly to say I feel in love with itr and traded in my Sporty for the Wide Glide. Now I hope that it warms up a little bit so I can take it out for a ride."
