Proud Sponsor of the Milwaukee HOG Chapter

Meet our Staff

Bad Jodi - MotorClothes® Merchandise Manager

Fashion savvy Jodi is from Menomonee Falls and she started out at the House of Harley-Davidson as a part-timer in the MotorClothes® merchandise department and has since become the manager of the dept. Jodi has now been here for 7 1/2 years!

She has been married for 19 years to her husband, Mark and they have two boys — Brad and Ryan. She also has two step children Becky (Becky also rides a Harley®). and Eric.

Both Jodi and Mark are very avid riders, and they are both active in the H.O.G. Chapter, but Jodi also has passion for crocheting, knitting and working in her yard!

Jodi rides a 2006 Street Glide™. Her favorite ride to take is up to Door County because the roads and the scenery are just beautiful. It was the first trip she had taken and it was with 6 other women. She said that while they were up there, one guy approached them and asked where the men were that were riding these bikes — No men on that trip!

Jodi says she logs 2000 miles a year if she is lucky. She would love to do more, but she is always working! You can usually find her in the MotorClothes® merchandise department along with the rest of the great girls that she works with. Just come in and see how you get attacked!!!
Mike Kelly - Controller
Gary Dixon- Inventory Manager

Gary Dixon has been with the House of Harley-Davidson for over 5 years. He was hired to work in the Parts Department, moved on to Service, and was recently promoted to the Inventory Manager position.

Gary enjoys riding the Mississippi scenic routes (Great River Road) and manages to log about 3,500 - 4,000 miles a year. He loves his bike and plans on getting another one in a couple years (maybe an FLHx).

Gary is from Milwaukee and he enjoys woodworking and screwing up computers.

When we asked Gary why he likes his department he said, "The individuals in the inventory department work hard to make things happen behind the scenes. They look forward to helping our staff that work in the front of the store."
Rob McDonald - Sales Manager

When we say Harley® bikes change lives there is no better story then our new Sales Manager. Joining the House in March of 2006, Rob comes from the health care industry of all places. In 2002, Rob was a Milwaukee County Supervisor coming into office during the whole pension scandal. After cleaning up Milwaukee County he worked for Boston based Lifeline Systems as the Business Development Manager. In 2003, Rob purchased his first Harley® bike, “a sporty.” “I knew the 100th was going to be something and I couldn’t be without one. I watched the slow transition of my closet to black T-shirts and absolutely love riding. There isn’t anything that riding can’t fix! After shopping for his second Harley bike, Rob had an idea… A Harley dealership with sales people that actually helped the customers. So, after a few lunches with John Schaller, he is with us. It is all about the experience for Rob. “The bike is just the ticket to the lifestyle and no other dealership offers more then the House” Rob says. In his short time at the House, Rob has transformed the showroom into a new experience and the dealership had celebrated record sales in that last year. Rob now owns a 2006 Ultra Classic® with an exotic Harley® paint job and 100 horse power compliments of the boys in service. He lives in Hubertus WI with his wonderful wife Melissa (always rolling her eyes at him), brand new baby boy Hayden and two min pins Johnny Knoxville and Bailey or as Rob likes to say Sh*% machine 1 and 2. You’ll love Rob’s energy and hilarious personality!
Matt Flintrop - Service Manager

Matt Flintrop has been at the House of Harley-Davidson for 6 years. He started here when he called Mark Sobczak in the Parts Department and told him that he intended on closing his business. Mark asked what Matt intended to do, and Matt said that he had not yet decided. Two minutes later, the phone rang and it was Jeff, the previous Parts Manager. He offered Matt a job over the phone and he started less than a week later.

Matt rides a 2003 Classic and intends on keeping it that way. It's brilliant silver and makes 118 hp. He says, "I don't know if it gets any better than that."

He says that like a lot of us, work puts a crimp on the time he has to ride, but he still manages to log 5000 miles a year. He puts most of those miles on between midnight and three in the morning.

He also manages to log quite a few on his annual ride to Memphis. It is his favorite ride because it is rich with history and very interesting.

When he's not working his way south, he loves to ride up Lakeshore Drive, and downtown Milwaukee is nice late at night.

In addition to riding, Matt does a lot of shooting in competitions: handgun, shotgun and rifle. He says that anything with a motor is fun like riding dirt bikes with his kids.

When we asked Matt why his department was so great he said, "My department is awesome because of the people who fill it. Without them, we wouldn't be anything. They are friendly and hardworking. They get along extremely well together, and are focused on getting things done correctly. They make me proud to be a member of the same team everyday."
