House Rewards – Rules, Regulations & Conditions

- All members must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Member agrees to be bound by the program rules, regulations, and conditions.
- Rewards points are earned by making qualified purchases of qualified products or services at The House of Harley-Davidson, Milwaukee, WI.
- Qualified purchases include retail parts, service parts, accessories, Motorclothes, General Merchandise, and motorcycle rentals. Motorcycle purchases, labor, parts installed under an extended warranty plan and/or priority maintenance plan and/or warranty service, wholesale parts and any other item(s) not specifically included is excluded.
- Members must be able to present a valid key-tag at time of purchase in order to accumulate points.
- 5% of the total dollars you spend towards a qualified purchase will be awarded to up to $500 discount on the purchase of your next new or pre-owned motorcycle from The House of Harley-Davidson, Milwaukee, WI.
- In addition to the 5% accrual, for each $250 in qualified purchases, we will mail you a $25 House of Harley-Davidson Rewards Check. Rewards Checks may be used like cash towards any purchase from The House of Harley-Davidson, Milwaukee, WI.
- House of Harley-Davidson Rewards Checks must be used by expiration date indicated and no change will be given.
- When your Rewards account reaches $250 your Rewards Checks will be automatically mailed to the last known address on file.
- Members are responsible for notifying The House of Harley-Davidson with any address change. The House of Harley-Davidson accepts no responsibility for lost, misplaced or Rewards Checks return by the US Postal Service as undeliverable.
- When redeeming points towards a new or pre-owned motorcycle from House of Harley-Davidson, members must provide their key tags to verify and confirm actual point balance.
- House of Harley-Davidson Rewards points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Membership key-tags remain the property of The House of Harley-Davidson and must be surrendered upon request.
- The House of Harley-Davidson reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation, if in their judgment any member violates the rules and regulations governing the program. Disqualification may result in cancellation of an individual’s accumulated reward points.
- House of Harley-Davidson Rewards points may not be redeemed if you are in default under the terms and conditions of these rules or with regard to any obligation which may be due to The House of Harley-Davidson.
- Determination of income or tax liability related to the participation in the program is the sole responsibility of the participating member.
- The Rewards program may be terminated at any time without prior notice at the wishes of The House of Harley-Davidson and/or Dealer Rewards, Inc. In the event of program termination, all members will have two years from date of termination to redeem all accrued points.
- The House of Harley-Davidson and Dealer Rewards, Inc. reserve the right to audit all accounts for compliance with these rules. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of program earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved. The House of Harley-Davidson reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accrued points. All decisions are final.
- Nothing in these rules or in the program shall be construed to establish an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between The House of Harley-Davidson, Dealer Rewards, Inc., or any other party. Dealer Rewards, Inc. is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes in or discontinuance of a dealer service, which may affect the program benefits.
- Limit one House of Harley-Davidson Rewards redemption per motorcycle purchased.
- Benefits with Participating Merchants are for immediate discount and do not accrue in member’s rewards earnings account. See website for specific offers, locations, and limitations.
- Merchant discounts cannot be combined with other specials. Neither The House of Harley-Davidson nor Dealer Rewards is responsible if a merchant does not comply.
- Void where prohibited.
